features unique wooden walls and mixed metals, giving the space an industrial backdrop with an intimate feel. 4,000 square foot building that can accommodate up to 200 guests. The Boiler Room offers an outdoor space with a covered sitting area to give your event a scenic and dynamic touch.

The Tipsords

is a stylish speakeasy that would work for numerous occasions. A cozy hideaway filled with chesterfield sofa, taxidermy, glittering chandeliers, and plenty of mood lighting. The charm of this secluded bar will certainly guarantee a memorable experience for you and your guest.This suite will accommodate up to 75 standing, including a dressing room, bathroom, a lounge area, billiards table, television, and an optional bar for an additional fee.

The Bower

is an enclosed space surrounded by vintage windows and filled with eclectic furniture. This space is perfect for small events and holds up to 40 people.

The Bridal Suite

is a stunning and intimate space for you and your bridal party to be perfectly pampered. This space is decorated in shades of pink and cream with many unique details that will make getting ready for your special day picture perfect.
